A little belatedly, we announce a new review from Hugh and Mark on karrikin perception and signalling, published in Journal of Experimental Botany. It takes a focussed look on the ligand perception mechanism, from a structural biology perspective. As you can infer from the title, there’s still a lot we don’t understand!
